TRAINER (Male)

JOB TITLE: Recipient Trainer

COMPANY: Memphis Suit Project

Do you have a heart for mentoring and coaching? Can our city’s job seekers learn from your clear instruction, unique perspective and time investment? As Memphis Suit Project continues to grow, we are looking to add 2 trainers to our team (1 male, 1 female) to facilitate our program cycles.

This is a part time, paid position. We estimate trainers to work 8 hours per cycle (2 hours per 3 sessions + 2 hours of administration/coordination). Each 3 session cycle is executed in 4-6 weeks.

Trainers will facilitate and implement the soft skills training component of the MSP program, including but not limited to:

  • Teaching and facilitating all three sessions in the cycle

  • Building report with the recipients and their leaders

  • Ensuring all recipients complete all information on the required intake form

  • Communicating with MSP headquarters

Trainers will compensated $200 per cycle and will work as a team to complete our projected cycles in 2019. Trainers will report to Executive Director, Meghan Heimke.
